I am a native of North Carolina and resident of Pensacola for decades.  With more than 45 years of practice experience, I am engaged mainly in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, Will and Trust administration and litigation, and various areas in Real Estate law.  Legal issues and litigation can be very complicated, confusing, and expensive with a lot of anxiety and unknowns for the public.  My office specializes in answering legal questions and solving legal problems for those who call upon us.  Having taught as an adjunct professor for years in legal studies at Pensacola State College and the University of West Florida, I am knowledgeable and informative in the law.  Also, I have served as a Circuit Certified Mediator with skills toward dispute resolution.  Active in my community, I have served on various non-profit Boards and been a long-standing member of my local Rotary Club and my Church.  Experience and maturity counts, and I provide practicality and wisdom in addressing various legal issues and concerns.  No attorney can guarantee any particular outcome, but I take a holistic full approach to seek resolution of a dispute or matter in a reasonable manner for my clients.
